The column grid of the existing architecture gives character to the interiorand reveals a certain industrial charm.  

The dark color scheme features injections of color that provide orientation for guests as well as a design highlight. They represent skill and creativity, while the warm, dark color scheme is an expression of focus and exclusivity. 

Color theme: Stone Shell - timeless and professional

Deep, earthy elements provide warmth. They are understated and at the same time exciting in their multitude of nuances - from brown to beige to stone gray.

Color Theme: Magnolia Moss

The natural color spectrum from brown to dusty pink is earthy and warm. In addition, a fresh, delicate green livens up the color mood. Individual touch: the pink and green shades are inspired by a graffiti artwork in the room, which was created during an ACCENTRO team event.  

From the two color themes, we have defined islands of color that serve as zoning and orientation. The rugs from our Legends of Carpets collection support their implementation. Strong colors serve as an expression of the sophisticated lifestyle and professionalism of ACCENTRO Real Estate.

Material mood: accents and natural colors

We chose leather for the large seating areas. Leather is eminently suitable for hospitality because of its longevity, durability, and intrinsic value. It is also relatively easy to maintain. Alongside leather, contrasting fabrics create a welcome counterpoint. All the metal and wood surfaces are in timeless, subdued black tones,creating a serene effect for visitors.
